When I called to schedule and asked about pricing, Edwin shared his pricing immediately and shared that the work is guaranteed for a full year. He explained his pricing and that there are not any unexpected or additional fees. For example, he explained to me the price is based on where the dryer vent exits. There is a specific price if it exits to the side of the home, or if the dryer vent exits to the roof of a one story home or a two story home. I appreciated the transparency and that the prices he shared are also what is listed on his website. That is hard to come across these days!!! Additionally, once we were scheduled he called me to let me know he was 15 minutes away. He was very kind and professional and walked me through the entire process.
