He completed the work in about 15 minutes and cleaned the area around the vent so it was cleaner than when he arrived. He answered questions I had about the damage not having a clean vent could cause. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I have used multiple cleaning chemicals and tools to clean the tile grout, but could not do as good a job as APEX did (August 2021). The tile grout was sealed and it looks like it did 6 years ago.
