"Felicia was very responsive. She actually showed up early on the date and time agreed upon and she is very professional and pleasant. This was her first time cleaning for me so she said she would need to do a deep clean. I felt she did an decent job but not sure it was what I consider a deep clean. I have never had someone clean my home that did not empty the garbage cans. I normally do my own cleaning but cannot right now because of an injury so maybe I am expecting too much of a cleaning service.
