I had to reschedule due to an unforeseen event, and he was very accommodating.  I liked that he used non-toxic products to clean my carpets, but was told that the stain protection product did not come in a non-toxic version. The carpets dried overnight and they felt soft to the touch. Overall, he did a good job and I'd likely use this vendor again.

"Felicia was very responsive. She actually showed up early on the date and time agreed upon and she is very professional and pleasant. This was her first time cleaning for me so she said she would need to do a deep clean. I felt she did an decent job but not sure it was what I consider a deep clean. I have never had someone clean my home that did not empty the garbage cans. I normally do my own cleaning but cannot right now because of an injury so maybe I am expecting too much of a cleaning service. I have scheduled Felicia to come again just to see how it goes a second time."

"Great results cleaning the tile grout in my walk in shower and kitchen/entrance hallway. I have used multiple cleaning chemicals and tools to clean the tile grout, but could not do as good a job as APEX did (August 2021). The tile grout was sealed and it looks like it did 6 years ago. I would hire again for future tile/carpet cleaning projects. Thank you!"
