Our remodeling project involved finishing half our basement to put in place a bedroom, full bathroom, and a rec room–and we are very pleased with the results. The folks at Cer Custom Renovations did a great job (no issues at all!), and they were very easy to work with. The scheduling was clear, and they were communicative throughout. Our main objective in moving forward with this project was to create a space that would allow us to better host guests, and we feel that we now have it. "paid 425 down 1/2 of price on contract, no permit drawn and 4 months later when I asked for refund he wants me to pay for special order window he cant produce , or says he will sell it and send me difference, window costs 600 I paid 425 down but wants me to pay 300 more for window. ALso says he did not charge for a permit but state of Fl law says that if they ask for more than 10% down a permit has to be drawn within 30 days and work began by 90 day and we are now at 4 months"
