Noble Remodeling and Construction

Initially the performance level was on excellent level. Timing may have been less than precise but the work was exemplary. After returning from a vacation for a month, there was a [unfortunate personal matter] that occurred on the end of Noble Construction, & when they returned it was a completely different level of work being done. Although allowances were being made this still wasn't enough to compensate for the issues of not showing up & non-communication. After the last day of Noble Construction actually showing up on-site there was still hope they would return to regroup & finish the work. Knowing what had taken place time had been given for them to contact the owner & myself to start again but after several weeks it never did. A registered letter of dismissal was eventually required to be sent out after several attempts had been made & ignored to contact Noble Construction to find out what was going on. Tools had been left on-site & a portion of the Owners property has yet to be returned for installation. It is unfortunate but accurate. Approximately 1/2 of the fee was paid in advance & that is about how much work was finished.

Mike did a great job. My bathroom looks like it should be in a magazine. Mike is very professional. Mike will always ask your opinion if he thinks he has a suggestion that may work or look better. Mike can be trusted to stay in the home alone if you need to leave. He cleans up when he is done for the day and tells you his game plan for the next day. I will be calling Mike again for some other projects I need completed in the house. I would recommend Mike without hesitation.

Mike came and gave us a few options for repair. He was very punctual and wanted to make sure we were pleased with his work. He returned to complete minor details so project was ready for our painter to start painting.

Mike did an amazing job. His experience with type of work highlighted items which actually needed to be done that I had overlooked and helping make it easier to get my house up on the market and ready to sell. Great experience, would definitely hire him again

Not only did he complete the job at hand but fixed the problems that the original builder/ sub contractor left for us to find. He is there till the job is done to your satisfaction.

Mike and his team did a terrific job remodeling our kitchen. He was very helpful with us in the design and letting us know what options would keep is in our budget. The kitchen is so beautiful now! Mike was very reasonable to deal with issues as they came up through the remodel process. They were there everyday and I was impressed with how neat they left everything at the end of each day. He also found time to handle a few other things we had been meaning to deal with like a broken gate and a screen that needed fixed. Now our kitchen is a pleasure. It’s our favorite place in the house! Yes we would definitely hire again.

We had been using our dining room as a home office but it didn't look good and we were tired of the house looking cluttered. I wasn't sure exactly how to fix it but I knew it needed to be improved. The thing I liked most about working with Mike was that he had several ideas to make things look more professional and purposeful. We chose the options we liked most and the work was done on time at the agreed upon price.

Very Well! I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with Mike Saffold for over thirteen years, beginning when he built his own home in our neighborhood. His craftmanship and attention to detail is superb and unmatched in the Tampa area. In 2009, Mike assisted me in covering a 40 foot wide aircraft hanger door with tongue and groove paneling. In the first day of the project I learned things from Mike that I had not learned in my previous fifty years of experience. ( The door is being re-stained next month. I will add a photo then.) Over the last number of years, I have watched as Mike has built additions, decks, and fences to his own home, as well as redesigning and making changes to the interior. A wise prospective customer should ask for virtual tour of the Saffold residence. I met Mike and his wife Tammy when my wife babysat for their first son. Both Mike and Tammy are devoted parents of three children now. The children’s intelligence and superb manners are a testament to the care and love that receive at home.

Mike responded immediately when I called and communicated well the whole time he was working. He consulted with me about the work that I needed and gave me several different options and costs for completing the projects. He has a full set of high end tools and was even able to start the work right then and there! He is a bit of a perfectionist and is very knowledgeable. He made sure I was very happy with the work before finishing up. We have used him several times and would not hesitate to use him again. He is straight forward and honest and does good work at a reasonable price. I wish more service people were like him. What more could you ask for?.
