The engineer Leo was very responsive when I left a message over the Christmas holiday weekend for an engineering inspection needed before a residential home contract to purchase expired in this hot 2020 market. He inspected the home the following Monday and provided his report. With his valuable report and information, the contract has proceeded and all parties are very happy!

Home inspected, parts were failed as not present, in disrepair, and not working. On pages prior to the points that were failed. Not inspected, not inspected, and not inspected. They failed it because they "DID NOT INSPECT" wait I paid for All of my future home for all to be inspected. Not just what they wanted to inspect.

Everything was done on schedule and in a professional manner. I would have preferred if the same engineer did all the inspections. A concise report including photographs were completed and submitted to me within 24 hours after each visit.

Will explained the inspection process they offer, including custom reports, for inspections they would conduct for the construction of a residence. A detailed email was sent to me describing the order of inspections. A phone conference provided information on the importance of each. Superb client service.

The inspector was on time and got right to work. He answered all of my questions. The report was sent to us by the next day. My insurance company asked for some additional information and the report was updated and sent to me the same day. I definitely recommend this company.

Good news. Nothing serious.

From initial contact with Beryl Engineering, the staff was very informative about the process and what would done. From that point I received an email within ten minutes with a contract outlining the work that was to be done and for me to sign off on the scope of work. Within a few days, structural engineer was onsite conducting assessment. Overall assessment took about 2-hours with engineer crawling through attic confirming trusses and walls. Beryl was great with communication during whole process, very professional and delivered completed report within 48 hours (received on a Saturday night for a Friday morning assessment). When I supplied report to my GC, he was shocked by the level of detail that went into the report and indicated this would make his job ten times easier for pulling permits. The structural assessment was $500, in which is industry standard. I paid upon completion of assessment with personal check. Anyone requiring a structural engineering assessment, I would highly recommend Beryl Engineering without hesitation.

The engineer, Leo was able to do the assessment 2 days after the request and we were giving the report the next day. The report met the criteria for the insurance claim.

Very well. The man knows his stuff! Was professional and gave information of what we could do to avoid rain drainage from the roof causing depressions. We are busy with that project and should be done by Tuesday. Fighting rain right now.

Leo called me with in a half hour of putting in my request online to go over what service we needed and explained what he could do. We were able to schedule an appointment earlier then expected. On day of inspection. Leo was on time completed the inspection in a couple hours and took time to explain some concerns he had seen that should be addressed immediately and things that could be done over time. He advised of other services that their company provides and even offered recommendation for other services we might need like electrical and trees trimming.

Everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this company.

It was important to me to have an independent firm look at the property, one not associated with my realtor or having other potential conflicts of interests. The technician inspected the home thoroughly and impartially. He answered all my (many) questions clearly and respectfully. Their rate was also very reasonable, especially considering they are a full engineering firm - another factor that put my mind at ease. Overall, their communication and professionalism was excellent. They were also the fastest to get back to me, give me a quote and schedule the inspection. I would definitely recommend anyone to use them.

My husband is military and like to be early for everything and Lance was already there looking at the exterior when we arrived. We were impressed right away. Lance was polite and introduced himself and made no small talk and got right to work. He went over every tiny detail of the house and his photos made it so simple to recall each section as he described the concerns. He was professional despite it being a scorching hot day in July and the appointment being right across the traditional lunch time frame. The booking process was simple and despite working with a home that had tenants in place, those greatly limiting time slot options, Beryl was willing and able to be flexible in getting an inspector to the property. We had our report within 24 hours and it was so easy to read and understand. Lance was willing to answer any questions and the company has continued to be a great support to us getting settled. Moving is stressful enough, make this the simplest day of the move and hire Beryl for the home inspection.

From the moment you set an appointment you know that you are working with well-informed individuals. I had called other services for quotes and inquiries, and they either were closed, available too late, or clueless on the matter. But Beryl was able to set an appointment at a reasonable date and time, and their way of staying in contact and getting the paperwork and payment done was so simple and easy to do as it was all electronic. Once the appointment date had come, they were prompt and arrived on time, and informed us of the issues as well as offer some tips and suggestions. It possibly took less than an hour, and we received our report that same day through email. So all in all, our experience was stellar and I would definitely recommend Beryl if you want informative, experienced, timely professionals to assist you.

In addition to the standard home inspection service, my RE agent recommended I have a structural engineer come out. The home had a sinkhole 14 years ago, but there is little to no paperwork available now. I called their office and had to leave a message, but my call was returned within 2 minutes. As soon as I gave them the details, they began looking online for more information. I was impressed. I remained impressed throughout the process. They were prompt, thorough, polite, and explained what I should expect about their work and the report. Once the inspection was done and the report was sent to me, they followed up to see if I had any questions. Not only do I feel better about the purchase, the report provided additional support to send to the insurance company. I have already passed their information along to a neighbor with some structural concerns of her own.

Anthony did our home inspection. The company was easy to work with, he was on time and did a very detailed inspection! We got out of that house contract due to issues he identified and are hiring Beryl for our next house inspection for sure! They're on the more expensive side, but I'd rather pay more for a thorough inspection since a house is a huge investment.
