Erik is the only one that actually reached out to me over holiday weekend. I get it, holiday and people can’t just be there but he legitimately was the only one that bothered to even acknowledge my situation. So he came out, tried to fix so many issues. Didn’t. One of my best service experiences ever. Requested a quote to repair a leak in my roof yesterday afternoon. Erik responded almost immediately. We set up an appointment for the next morning. Erik showed up on time and had assessed and completed the repair within 45 minutes. He warrantied the work and stated he would be by at some point to check the repair. Price was very reasonable. At all times, I felt that Erik provided candid input and was very open and honest with his assessments. I have found my roofing team.
