"We had a new home built for us in a new community with a one warranty on the home. At the month of the warranties expiration, we wanted an outside the community, home inspection done on our home for any deficiencies. We called Home Masters. The inspector, Lilio Alvarez, arrived right on the scheduled time and got right to work. He told us to go about our business, at the home, he would not be interfering with what we do. Lilio went up on the roof, taking pictures, all around the outside of the home, inside up in the attic and A/C spaces, any crawl spaces. He went all around the inside of the home checking doors windows floor tile with his own powerful flashlight, a very thorough job. He found things we couldn't see. With plenty of pictures and descriptions we had the builders fix a few things around the home. I am very glad we had this service done and I am very happy with the service of Home Master. Lilio was very professional, I would approve of his service to all my friends."
