Homebelt Property Inspections

James was the home inspector that performed the inspection on the home we were purchasing.  James arrived on time, stayed about 4 hours to perform the inspection and was very professional.  He went over the results with us after the inspection was completed and gave us a copy of the inspection.  While he did uncover some issues that needed attention with the home, he did overlook several items that were very apparent to us after we purchased the home.  All 3 of the bathrooms have sinks that leak around the faucets badly; the lights on the fans in the master bedroom and 2 other bedrooms all had lights that were non-functioning.  These were all items that were not pointed out on the inspection report, but were very obvious.  The refrigerator was also leaking water from the water/ice access area on the front of the refrigerator which was not detected.  
The areas that James did point out, we were able to get repaired prior to purchasing the home.  

Very pleased withy Jim's service and report. I had a bump that occured during the close processes of the house. A few days before close the empty home was broke into by a random homeless man. I was concern about damage that could have been caused by the intrusion before we closed. I called Jim and he was more than happy to return to the home and walk thru with for sigs of any damages that might have been created. He did this without additional change and this was a big help putting our minds at ease during the buying process. Use this contractor with confidence.
