Fantastic! Kevin was incredibly responsive - whether via email, phone or text - all of my inquiries were responded to quickly (if not immediately). He was flexible the day of the inspection, and didn't mind that my husband could only come at the beginning and I could only come at the end. He took his time talking with each of us respectively, outlining the process and then carefully explaining the major - and minor - issues he found. His report was very detailed, including several photos and thorough descriptions. In talking with him, I found it extremely helpful when he helped prioritize some of the issues into what we would need to be prepared to repair/replace in the near term, versus further down the road (with basic estimates for how much time was left on certain appliances/home features. As a former contractor, he has the knowledge and experience to advise on several matters. He even provided guidance after our new home was damaged in a tropical storm - a month after our inspection! I couldn't recommend him any higher - you will love Kevin!

Kevin completed an inspection on 2 investment properties we were looking at - price was approximately $500 per home.  He was punctual, thorough, gave us comments during the entire inspection process, comments at the end of the inspection, and within a day or two, provided a lengthy and detailed report with color photos.  He was very easygoing and great to work with.  Because of his thorough inspection, we avoided additional costly repairs on the properties.  We will definitely use him again for our future investment property purchase opportunities.
