4 point inspection for a new home purchase: * Did not check for water or leaks - passed inspection * Electrical wires hanging from the electrical box - passed inspection. * Called them multiple times - no response * email them - no response I bought the property because of trusting that the inspection passed. Now I find out that the property has no water supply and bad wiring. Please stay away, these people are a fraud. Save yourself the headache.

I was getting ready to list an older home for sale, and wanted to complete an inspection ahead of time, so as to not run into any surprises during closing, and avoid offers from people who weren't willing to take on some of the common things you encounter with an older home. Geff's inspection was very thorough, and we ended up going pending in one day, the buyer ended up using Geff's inspection instead of getting their own, which saved us a lot of time. It was worth every penny not having any surprises for me or for the new buyer!!

Geff is incredibly professional and I would hire him again in a heartbeat. He was very responsive to calls and emails, showed up to the property half an hour early and was very thorough in his inspection, provided detailed observations, photos, and pointed out things that need to be fixed and when they need to be fixed by. He was honest in his opinions and found some issues that the seller didn't even know about their own home.

I had my house inspected when I bought it three years ago, but to be honest, I have a busy schedule and haven't done any upkeep or improvements and I felt like I was letting things go a bit so I decided I should be proactive and have the place looked at by a professional. I found out about Geff by referral from a real estate agent at a networking event and decided to give him a call.

Geff called to confirm the day before he came out, which I really appreciate..my schedule is always packed. When he showed up he was very professional and very respectful of my house, he even put a drop cloth down before he went into the attic, a nice touch. He found a few things, open splices in the attic, moss on the roof, the furnace was 3 years over due for service, The garage ceiling needed sheetrock to create a fire barrier, and my bushes are too close to the and could cause damage if I don't cut them back, all pretty minor but exactly the kinds of things I looking for.
