"when there was a problem the answering service is in Orlando, and very, very difficult to reach them. Took a week of calling daily. Seems to be a disconnect between service and technicians, but it is most frustrating. I also feel that the ac system they recommended was not the one I originally picked, and I am sorry I went with their choice."

"Update: After I posted the review below, they called me. They said someone would be there between 1 & 3 that day. I said that works, just let me know when they are on their way so I am there to meet them. I got a text at 12:38pm saying they were at the gate to enter my community. I said they would have to wait about 10 minutes for me to get there, since I did not get a call that anyone was on their way. So I get to the house and I ask if they are with Integrity, the guy just said yes. I have no idea the names of the 2 guys that did the work. Usually you identify yourself if you are representing a business. They got out their ladder and were about to get to work. I asked, "What are we looking at cost-wise for this job?" There was no discussion of cost prior to this, so the guy had to message his boss to figure it out. We agreed on a price and they got started. The work itself, replacing 2 exterior vent covers, took a lot longer than it should have. They arrived at 12:38, I got there by 1, they started working at 1:40 and they left by 3:30. In the end, I am happy with the work that they did. There was just a lot of miscommunication and a lack of professionalism. Original review: I contacted Integrity Handypro and I got a quick response to schedule a time to see what work I needed done (Replacing 2 vent covers on the second floor). The first day someone was supposed to come sometime after finishing work in Largo. I messaged them at 4:30 since I hadn't heard from them. I got a call back at 5 saying they were on their way (to South Tampa). I waited around for an hour when they called and said there was too much traffic and they would come the next day (Friday). So I gave them a second chance. I messaged them at 3:30 on Friday. Nothing. I called at 5:15 and he said they were on their way (from Largo again), but they were stopped in traffic and he would call when they were close. I never heard back from them. This was on Friday and today is Monday. To improve: don't schedule something unless you plan on showing up. Also, there will always be tons of traffic in Tampa at rush hour, especially on a Friday. Sadly, little INTEGRITY from these guys."
