"I called and scheduled appointment for estimate. Representative arrived on time and reviewed scope of work. Following site visit, I received a written estimate including pictures that highlighted the area to be repaired as covered in the scope of work. Additionally, Terra provided their Certificate of Competency from Broward County, Occupational License and Certificate of Liability Insurance with the estimate. I scheduled the job, and it was delayed due to rain, but they went out of their way to make sure it was scheduled for the next day so it would not delay other work that I had scheduled to be done. On the morning the work was to be done, the crew arrived on time, were careful and attentive to detail to make sure all aspects of the job were completed properly and meeting industry standards. From the beginning when I contacted Eloy for an estimate he was very professional and showed up on time and gave us an estimate on a timely manner. Unlike other contractors that gave us estimates. He was not the cheapest estimate however, he was the the one that we felt the most comfortable with. We are so glad we did the job with him because I am very picky and like things my way. He was very accommodating every time I had a question or concern he would just fix it without any questions. He really wants all his clients to be happy and works hard to make it so. After the job was finished, I realized one of the steps was too high for my liking and I called him and he just sent someone to fix it!!!! I am so very happy with the job!!! The property did not have a proper drainage system due to its low elevation. Tod Anderson came out and quickly started troubleshooting and coming up with a multi-faceted approach toward mitigating future flooding issues. After the plan was designed and approved, the project started within a week. Every day, the landscapers would show up right on time and work meticulously throughout the day. Tod would appear on site several times to check on the project and make continued suggestions for the best solution possible. He understood that landscaping was secondary to flood mitigation - and I very much appreciated his care and understanding of my problem.
