"The owner was very professional and showed up to our home within 30 minutes of contacting us. He quickly provided an estimate and did a great job with all requested work. He was very friendly in his interaction with us and thorough when doing the job. He also quoted a reasonable price breakdown and transparent on how the work would be completed. He promptly provided a detailed invoice that included pictures of the actual work that was done. We highly recommend him and his company."

"Words cannot express how great full I am to have called and used services. Sunday night emergency! Last minute! Very professional and helped with multiple issues at home. From plumbing to cabinets. Thank you!"

"Our hot water heater stopped working this morning. No hot water at all :-( I called IHM at 5:30pm and spoke with Andre. He was awesome! Professional & compassionate. He discussed our needs and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. (Less than half what we had been quoted for the same job by a big name competitor) He then said I m heading over to you right now Such a relief! What a great experience from beginning to end. Andre was knowledgeable & professional. The work was done in a timely manner and he remained with us to ensure that we had hot water at the completion of the work. I cannot recommend this young man enough-he is an incredible asset to the company. I have saved his name and number in my contacts-he will be the person I call when I next need plumbing work done! Thank you"

"Romain?s Plumbing & Drain Service is the absolute best plumbing & drain company in South Florida. Romain is honest, professional, and takes exceptional care in his work to permanently fix all your plumbing and drainage issues. He is very fair with his prices and he takes pride in his work with high quality repairs. I had a water leak that left me without running water in my house for 2 weeks because of a very bad experience with a different plumbing company. When I first contacted Romain he squeezed me into his schedule that same day so that I would have running water again. He repaired both leaks, replaced the drywall, changed out the water valves, and installed a new vanity. I can?t thank Romain enough for their hard work in fixing the leak and getting everything back up and running and replaced so quickly and skillfully. I wish I had an electrician and hvac repairman like Romain because he was so exceptional in his work. If you ever need a plumber please contact Romain!"
