    To say she did a great job would be a huge understatement. Nina kept us right on budget and gave us tremendous support coping with the stress of doing a large project. After our initial conversations with Nina, she gave us a design plan that was exactly what we imagined but could not put on paper. Nina took the time to really listen to what we wanted and walked us though every step. The design included new flooring, window treatments and a complete re-design of our living room, dining room, family room and master bedroom. She recommended the contractors for the various parts of the remodel and each of them were professional, courteous and highly skilled at their craft.     The owner has a great eye for design and I really like the work that was done! My only was the owner's tardiness to meetings. She was sometimes late for meetings which caused me to be late to other meetings, dinner, etc. I think this was probably because clients before me kept her at their home over their appointment time and in turn made her late to my home. The project began in March 2009 and was completed in the summer of 2010. It seemed to take a long time, but I realize that lining up contractors such as painters etc. can be difficult. I would use Art of Arrangement again now that I know what to expect

    I originally heard of broder designs from a friend at work. I called them to get a simple quote for a kitchen remodel. I was very weary of hiring someone after all the things I heard about on TV. When Kevin showed up, I only had very basic ideas of what I wanted to have done. I didn't know where to begin with the renovation. Kevin took my ideas and made them better. I was amazed at how informative he was about the products. He did some basic sketches to give me an idea of what it would look like. I never could have come up with his ideas on my own. Kevin was very friendly and professional. I gave him a budget that I was trying to stay under. I was a little nervouse about giving him my budget because I knew it was going to be difficult to get what I wanted for under it. Since this initial job, Kevin has done work in just about every room in my house. I've even called him in an emergency after a storm. He came out right away and took care of it. He didn't even charge me for it. I cannot say enough to illustrate what a lifesaver Kevin has been for me and my family. Thank you for everything

    Stephani is 100% first rate. Completely trustworthy, reliable, and TALENTED. She can somehow see the space and visualize how it will look best, ad how it will work best. She is also great at understanding and creating systems that will actually work for you, individualized to your own habits, needs, and tendencies. The cost might look like a lot, but it is SO worth it---I have been working with Stephani for over 18 months (I had serious disorganization issues) and I can't even express how much better my life is overall. My house is peaceful, clean, orderly. I can find what I need! I am slowly, gradually clearing away years of pack-rat clutter and storage boxes. This has been a process, and I know it is just going to get better and better. Stephani works with you and finds solutions that actually work (sometimes unique and tailored just to you). I have read every organization book ever published and given real effort to implementing them, but they are not even close---this is real help and real on-site training for how to make your life run well. It has spilled over into my work life, too: I am using her principles in my office as well. Amazing. I thought it was just going to help me clean out some closets, but the filing system, the time management, the space, the decor and design (she has great taste, too)---all of it has been beneficial in a major, major way that has improved my life in ways I didn't even begin to expect

    This is the second time I have engaged Ms. Clayton, and I will engage her again. The first time was about a month ago when contractors were already remodeling my master bathroom according to my own design. Suddenly I felt somewhat insecure about the remodel and began doubting myself. Another designer referred me to Ms. Clayton who came to see me within the next 24 hours. She was very punctual. I told her what my vision was for the room. She saw my vision and offered just enough suggestions to make all the difference in the world without our having to undo anything that had been done up to that moment. I was so impressed by her willingness to respond to and improve upon my own ideas rather than substituting her own judgment. My contractor was happy too that she did not come in and start changing everything but rather worked to complement everything that had been done to date. Her advice was "right-on" and really added to the overall zen-motif that I wanted the room to reflect. Just today she came by again, responding quickly and on time to my request for her assistance. This time we walked from room to room together as she listened to what I was envisioning for each of the rooms. She did some re-arranging and she made suggestions that I am going to implement before I bring her back in again to continue our work. She is very talented. and I will trust her with bigger projects because she listens so well and has such creative ideas. I am happy to have met her and I recommend her services

On May 10, 2021 @ 11:58 I received a text setting up a date and time (May 16, 2021 @ 2:30) for them to come to my home to review everything. There was a no show, not even a text or call.     Matthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math).     Hired Calvin to do our patio. It took him months to do the work. When he finally did it the quality was very poor, the finish has roller marks all over it, puddles of the finish in several places that have now yellowed, its looks totally unprofessional. Could have done a much better job just doing it on my own. We were told that the sealant would have shark bite put into it to prevent it from being too slippery, this did not happen. As a result the surface is slick as ice and dangerous. I contacted him about this and asked him to provide a solution and in typical fashion he did not respond. Do yourself a favor and either hire a true professional or do it yourself, complete waste of time and money, currently paying a real company to do the work correctly now; should have done that in the first place
