"Giddens has installed 3 units for us in the past few years (one main unit and 2 mini-splits). Their prices were fair, installation was efficient, and technicians were respectful of our property and time. When a couple of issues occurred this summer, we called to schedule appointments for service. Jody was able to walk us through trying to correct the problems ourselves to avoid service charges. You don't find many companies offering to do that. We are glad we chose Giddens for our HVAC needs. We will always recommend Giddens to anyone who has HVAC needs!"
