We use Tony Kelly for our regular seasonal maintenance. They recently installed a new filter system and sealed our ducts to prevent air leakage around the registers. Their people are professional, friendly and always willing to answer questions. We would not think of using anyone else to work on our system and always recommend them to others.

After waiting several months for my home warranty company and their preferred repair service to restore my primary HVAC unit we finally called Tony Kelly. We had been out of air and heat for the 3 plus months during Thanksgiving and Christmas and were facing the new year still without either. We called Tony Kelly and they sent a technician out the same day. The tech assessed the problem and was able to get our old unit working the same day using a generic blower and some plain old electrical know how. Even though they got the old unit working, we decided to get a new system complete and replace the in adequate duct work at the same time. We were extremely pleased with the service and speed with which they replaced our system...and that they were knowledgeable to get our old unit working until our new system arrived. These guys are the greatest and I would (and plan to) use them again and forever!

We are recovering from a hurricane. The AC Tech drove 75 miles from a hurricane stricken area to service our unit. The Tech's competence and professionalism were exceptional. Great customer experience. I highly recommend.

Both of the employees, did a fantastic job. Very helpful, thorough and found and fixed some issues with the unit. They were also very courteous and left with absolutely no mess. We could not be more pleased. I will definitely use them again!

I don't know what is supposed to be involved in a tune up, but the technician, Robert, sprayed the AC with soap and rinsed with water, checked freon, and offered to write an estimate for repair and maintenance work. He explained every step what he was doing and why. The only thing that kept me from marking "A" on every rating was that I was supposed to get the estimate via email within 24 hours and I ended up calling a couple weeks later to get it. The person I spoke to was very nice and apologetic and sent it right out.
