I highly recommend WEC Heating and Air Conditioning. They were very professional and responsive when my system went down. Darrin came out and the process was seamless!

Jason arrived on time or even a little early. He was very professional and completed the service efficiently.  I asked several questions and he was polite and gave logical answers. He then refused the small cash tip I offered him for doing such a good job. He said he just wanted to do a good job (and he did).

They fixed everything and added Freon and changed the filters and checked the compressor and everything. They are very reputable and we have been with them for about 20 years now and have always been very pleased. They are always very quick to respond and get right there. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

They offer different plans. I give them an A because of their punctuality and the quality of service. They have been doing my house for 9 years so they know me. They know where to go and what to do. They are in and out with as little disturbance as possible. They call to remind me that it's time to come out. It's a full service. They just do a great job.

We have had WEC service our AC unit since we built the house (approximately 2004). We have had them do all of the maintenance on a yearly basis and are meticulous about keeping records. 7/14/2010 The service on 7/14/2010 was great and all service prior to this was great. 8/9/2010 After the service on 7/14/2010, we had to call WEC out on 8/9/2010 because our AC was not cooling at all. The technician came out and stated that we may have a leak. He said it would be (some amount - not sure - over $50) to perform a leak check. I called WEC while he was there to get this waived because I did not think I should pay for this. This did waive the fee and the technician performed the leak check. He determined that we had a leak coming from the top cap of the schrader valve (not sure of the name but it is #1 in the picture). Additionally, the technician stated that we may have what he called an "intermittent" leak in the coil located in the unit in the attic. He measured the freon and determined the level was down to 55/205 (was 85/240 on 7/14/2010) However, he stated that leak was probably not the reason our freon was low. He proceed to put Leak Lock on the two circled caps in the picture (outside unit) and then quote us a price of $1221.34 for the coil. I let him know at that time, it seemed a little strange that we were just now seeing these issues after the 7/14/2010 call. 8/15/2010 Our A/C was not working again, so WEC came out and waived our after hours fee of $180 given the problems we were having, they determined there was a major leak in the coil and that it did need to be replaced to the tune of 1221.34. The service manager was not willing to work with me on the price given that these issues started only after my last service call. I am disappointed and am in the process of interviewing other companies. I believe that with excellent customer service you have lots of return and referral business. Unfortunately, WEC has fallen short this time.

Went great - prompt, professional - got the job done. Good communication. Also, they came out about a month later because the cooling wasn't cooling. It was a quick fix - and unrealted to the previous problem. They didn't care anything for the call. I will defintly use them again, and recomend them to others!!

Our A/c unit was not cooling properly and running for long periods. I called W.E.C. and they were there the next day and determined that the coil in the air handler was corroded and causing a leak. They offered several options and I decided since the A/C unit was 14 years old, it was time to get a replacement. They had to deal with a very tight area to reinstall the new air handler, so I was worried that I would have to take down some shelving that I had put up in the garage. They told me they could work around it. They had the unit in stock and were there at 8 a.m. the following day and had it installed by lunch time. The installers told me the owner would be by to inspect the work, I asked is this normal and the installer said he looks at all of them. Now thats quality control!
