Lenny with star construction was one of the handful that did. We had a few quotes that came in cheaper but they weren't honest with the scope of work that would need to be done. He was forthright about having to change electric panel and adding driveway space to meet code. After we signed on with star, Lenny became even more of a "star". He constantly fought with the city on our behalf for the necessary permits. After a lengthy battle he obtained the necessary permits. Vega came in to head the construction aspect and was also a "star". They obtained every necessary inspection and passed each one with flying colors on the first attempt. Everything was completed on time and it was a wonderful experience. I would NOT hesitate to use Star Construction in the future."
