I put an addition onto my home. I am not a GC but decided to take on the role as an owner builder ( I do not recommend for the faint of heart). The assistance and guidance I received from Cueto Engineering allowed me to progress through my project extremely well. I subcontracted some MEP work to be done in the addition through Cueto Engineering and could not have be more pleased with the professionalism and high standard set by Cueto engineering as well as the subcontractor. I had issues arise with the contractors I hired to do the work and the guys at Cueto engineering assisted and helped me work through the issues. I would certainly hire them again if I need anything else and I will recommend them anytime I get the chance.

My need was for a professional structural engineer to assess problems with settlement at my house. I called three structural engineers to arrange an inspection; Mr. Cueto's office was the only one where the phone was promptly answered. An appointment was squeezed in for me the next day, due to an already arranged inspection in my area. Mr. Cueto arrived on time and spent several hours conducting a meticulous inspection and taking pictures. He looked everywhere, including the attic. He answered my questions clearly and concisely. I learned more from his description of the situation than I have in several months of having estimates made and trying to research this issue. The news was not good, but his report suggested detailed options for repair. Most importantly, I did not spend tens of thousands of dollars on proposals for repair that would only have solved a small part of the problem. Very grateful for his expertise, his clear explanations, and his help.

Nestor is a great guy, very informative, very helpful and so glad I called him. I recommend him to anyone who is having an issue regarding the structure of their home including the roof area.

Nestor was prompt, thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. What else do you need? I filled out the form on home advisor at 8pm the previous night. Nestor woke me up (thankfully!) at 7:45a saying he could perform our a structural home inspection at 11am that same day. Done. He was there at exactly 11am. As he meticulously walked around the property, crawled through the attic, and the crawl space, i asked a bunch of questions and he kindly answered all of them. His report was full of well-explained descriptions of the problem areas of the structure along with photos.
