"Luis drafted the plans to extend our back wall and kept us apprised at every step along the way. Has a solid relationship with the builder which makes everything go more smoothly. We've asked Luis to draft the plans for a second addition as well, once the wall project is completed."

"We had the pleasure of working with Evan, whom we found on Angie's List, and we couldn't be happier with the results. His expertise proved invaluable in converting our 2-bedroom apartment into a spacious and legally compliant 3-bedroom. He skillfully handled the innovative splitting of a large closet to create a new closet for the additional bedroom, ensuring that the modifications met all the necessary building codes and regulations. Throughout the entire project, Evan consistently displayed insightful guidance, proactive problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and remarkable responsiveness. Despite the challenges posed by our persnickety building architect, he remained positive and dedicated. We are immensely satisfied with his tireless efforts in not only transforming our apartment but also ensuring its legal compliance. We highly recommend Evan for his exceptional work. Angie's List truly connected us with an exceptional professional."

"Professional very knowledgeable and experience Architect did two projects for me"

"We worked with Ariel of Arch Calderon to design an outdoor space for our bar, K-OSS Lounge. The space was challenging, because it needed to incorporate existing architecture that we could not alter. Ariel came up with creative solutions to our challenges with amazing results. We now have a beautiful, elegant oasis in the middle of an otherwise industrial block, and our customers love it – we’ve become the place to be on a Friday/Saturday night. We are now working with Arch Calderon for the renovation of our interior and are looking forward to the results."

"Jed Hannon is an experienced Structural Engineer. We required two inspections, one for required paperwork and another in order to make a major structural decision. Jed provided both services.
