Marcelo of EMP Air Conditioning and Heating called promptly upon receiving my quote request. I explained that my current window A/C Unit was barely cooling, with outdoor temps near 90 degrees. As that is my only source of cooling and I am a 70+-year-old retiree, he made it a priority to take a look at my problem right away. He kept me advised of his current work schedule and of any delays and was polite, knowledgeable, and compassionate, making every effort to get my work done ASAP, even calling to let me know when he was on the way and what time he would arrive so I wouldn't worry. In less than two days, he had the job completed, working well past a normal quitting time. While doing the installation work, he was very thorough, informative about the work, and eager to answer any questions I had. In addition, he was very mindful of property and belongings, even wearing "plastic booties" to protect my carpet. He also offered to haul away the old unit and unused materials for free. His price was more than fair and was very affordable for the top-notch service he provided. I highly recommend EMP Air Conditioning and Heating.
