Customers say: Quality work

"Projects in an older home can be difficult, but Marius made it a breeze and went beyond my expectations. His estimate was honest and reasonable, and he and his worker were prompt and cleaned up each day. He was respectful and careful of the property when removing the existing kitchen tile backsplash and flooring without damaging the existing stainless appliances or granite counter-tops. I am very pleased with the finished product. Thanks to Marius, I have a beautiful kitchen without stress or headaches. I will not hesitate to call him for future projects."

"Dynamic Sprinklers – Ron Bray Just installed new Goulds IRR-GATOR 1.5 HP pump, mounted to custom rubber pad (for sound attenuation), added ball valve and custom (aerated) protective box to protect pump from elements. Ron pulled feed pipe from lake, replaced check valve, and scraped, brushed, washed 3/8” scale from lake-filter. Made correct decision hiring Dynamic Sprinkler. "Zahir is by far the best contractor I’ve used. I’m a real estate agent and have crossed paths with many contractors over the years. After working with Zahir, I was sold! He’s VERY knowledgeable and his attention to details are amazing. I’ve worked with him many times. His last project was for my personal home where he and his team designed and built an outdoor kitchen. It was done to perfection, EARLIER than expected. How often does that happen with contractors??? I couldn’t be any happier with the quality of his work!"

Outdoor Kitchens questions, answered by experts

Yes, an outdoor kitchen can increase your home's value, as outdoor living areas are increasingly popular among potential homebuyers. The return on investment (ROI) can vary significantly, with estimates ranging from 50% to as high as 200%. In many cases, homeowners can expect to at least break even on the project. The final ROI depends on several factors, including the kitchen's size, design, and quality, the materials used, and whether it was professionally installed. Other considerations that impact value are your home's location, how well the kitchen is maintained, and how soon you sell after the remodel. However, be mindful that an outdoor kitchen that takes up a large portion of your usable yard space could be seen as a drawback by some buyers.

The best types of wood for outdoor kitchen cabinets are those naturally resistant to weather, water, heat, fading, and mold or mildew. Excellent choices include teak, mahogany, white oak, and Brazilian walnut. It's best to avoid softwoods like pine and cedar, as they are more susceptible to damage and can catch fire easily. For extra protection, ensure the wood is pressure-treated. Regardless of the wood you choose, you will need to apply sealants, oils, and stains regularly to protect your cabinets from the elements.

Costs depend on materials, labor, appliances, and whether electrical or plumbing modifications are required.

A fireplace is, by definition, an enclosed space where you burn wood or other fuel for the purpose of generating light and heat. A firepit burns wood and is much less expensive to build, but they aren’t technically a fireplace as it isn’t enclosed. An outdoor oven—commonly outdoor brick pizza ovens—often uses wood as fuel, but its primary purpose is to cook food, and you’d rarely just burn wood inside them for warmth or aesthetic reasons.

A few materials are most commonly used when it comes to building a frame for an outdoor kitchen: wood, steel, and concrete or brick. While there’s no best option overall, each material is better suited to different needs. Concrete and brick are typically more customizable than other options, but aren’t as resistant to inclement weather as steel. Wood is the most affordable pick, but it is more susceptible to rot, mildew, and heat than the others.
