"Following 2018s Hurricane Michael, Florida Intracoastal Builders restored a bedroom, part of a lg. porch and replaced the roof including repairing trusses. The work was Excellent and finished with good timing. The inspector was impressed and I was very pleased. Following Jan. 2024s tornado, I contracted with them a 2nd time for more extensive work. The AMAZING team rebuilt the garage including trusses, Master Bdrm., 3 closets and 2 bathrooms and more. They replaced electricals, plumbing, flooring, A/C unit, HWH, well house extension and water softening equipment. Also, windows, updated hardiplank siding, multiple doors, insulation, the roof, gutters, painted (inside and outside) and provided extras I requested.....ALL WITH EXCELLENT QUALITY. The team worked consistently until complete. They kept the property, inside and outside, clean and free of nails and clutter. I am 100 % Satisfied. Each inspection passed with praise. "I would NOT recommend this company. I signed a contract in DEC., 2023, My windows were installed in MARCH 2024, and from the start, it was one issue after another. They did NOT put in the window ordered, the crew disconnected my alarm sensor to that window, and buried it into the wall, and did not even have the decency to tell me. The next biggest issue was EVERY WINDOW that was installed, (11), has a DEFECT. It has now been over 8 months and I am still waiting for repairs. KEVIN their coordinator, just gives you lip service. MANY calls and emails go unanswered He does not have the decency to call you back. He goes on vacation and says he'll get back to you but doesn't. I've even sent an email to Mr. AARON SHOHAM, CEO, but no reply. The employees are just as bad. They take your info, and you CONSTANTLY need to follow up. We were misled when they were hired. The reviews, are most likely put up by them. A waste of time, aggravation, and money. STAY AWAY from them."

"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."
