3-5 New Window Installation
I would NOT recommend this company. I signed a contract in DEC., 2023, My windows were installed in MARCH 2024, and from the start, it was one issue after another. They did NOT put in the window ordered, the crew disconnected my alarm sensor to that window, and buried it into the wall, and did not even have the decency to tell me. The next biggest issue was EVERY WINDOW that was installed, (11), has a DEFECT. It has now been over 8 months and I am still waiting for repairs. KEVIN their coordinator, just gives you lip service. MANY calls and emails go unanswered He does not have the decency to call you back. He goes on vacation and says he'll get back to you but doesn't. I've even sent an email to Mr. AARON SHOHAM, CEO, but no reply. The employees are just as bad. They take your info, and you CONSTANTLY need to follow up. We were misled when they were hired. The reviews, are most likely put up by them. A waste of time, aggravation, and money. STAY AWAY from them.

They were recommended on the My Safe Florida Home website. My Project Manager (Aaron) was very helpful, and knowledgeable over the phone, invited me to see their showroom. The install went faster than I expected and I love the new windows.

The Installers did GREAT work. The problem is with company management. We had windows installed on December 13, 2022, screens did not fit and 1 window fell out of the sash when opened. NOTHING was done for 3 1/2 months. I called repeatedly to get something done, I was constantly told they would look into it and get back to me. It was not until March of 2023 that I was told the manufacturer had to do the repairs and when I called Gulf side to talk to someone in charge I lost my temper and was given the number for PGT and told to take care of it myself. I called PGT and 2 weeks later the repairs were done. For 3 1/2 months I had to deal with the Gulf side with no help, 2 weeks with PGT, and the problem was solved, the problem now is Gulf side wont finish the job and put in the trim because I was rude. $10,000 dollars of my money they took, left me hanging for 3 1/2 months and they say I am the problem. Use another company if you want to install help. BTW, nothing is this company's fault. Read the BBB complaints, it is always the paying customer that is the problem.

Sliding Door Installation
It took them 8 hours to replace a sliding glass door . Other than the time it took the project went well. The sliding door I chose was not the highest quality either . Sometimes the door fogs over in the morning . The door faces the south east .

Very pleased with the overall performance of this installer. Windows were installed properly and the clean up afterwards was perfect. I had four bids for windows and Gulfside provided the best price along with having a good reputation. Window replacement is a big project and I think you will be very pleased with every aspect of the job.

Storm Windows Installation or Replacement
Love my new windows. Alex was a great sales man and very knowledgeable about the products being sold. My installer Shane was very professional and went above and beyond to help me remove my blinds before installing them. He cleaned up after he was done working. The company kept me up on when the window would be here. I would highly recommend this company.

6+ Room New Window Service
The quote and price I got for my windows was great as far as the installers we were not told beforehand about covering up our furniture and when they started cutting our windows out it got dust all over everything in our entire house and then they offered us to cover the furniture. Our windows were cut out of Stucco and there were a lot of chips which they repaired but they did not want to paint I just expected the job to be left the same way that they started it with.

I had both my home and my mothers home get new windows. I cannot describe the beauty of these PGT windows. My mom cannot tell the noise reduction because she is older but WOW, the difference is amazing. My neighbor has a motorcycle and I know his work schedule all because of the noise that travels through my kitchen every morning and evening. I am excited to get my first electric bill. I have not needed to touch my AC since the installation. Candice, Joyce, Jaylene and Gail are just sweet as pie! They answered all my silly questions and they sure know I had ALOT! I will be spreading the word about the amazing work and beautiful PGTs.

Sliding Door Installation
The actual product is great and we are happy with the work. Angel and Pedro were our Techs and they were great. They were on time and professional, and overcame any issues that came up, including buying material from home depot to handle an electrical issue encountered when tearing out part of a wall for our new sliders.

3-5 New Window Installation
Wanted the money for the windows up front. Their crew was cleaning the windows and removed the BOL stickers from the windows for Hernando County Building Permit Dept. We do not live in Pinellas County which is different than Hernando Co. We are still waiting on the new window stickers to be able to PASS Hernando County Building Permit Dept.

You had made a deposit at the time of the purchase and the balance was paid eight weeks later after the project was complete. Thank You for your business."

3-5 New Window Installation
If I could give a zero on customer service I would. They made many errors on our permit, failed to replace faulty locks, and delivered product over a month after the promise date. When customer contacted company asking for corrections to errors and malfunctioning locks to be replaced, they refused. I then asked for a discount to be applied for all of the errors. Rather than respond or provide any level of customer service, they took out a lien on our property for the small balance still owed (only 20% of the balance remained.) I STILL do NOT have a correct permit. They filed the wrong information and were required by the city to file an amendment. They have not sent me the corrected information. I have since found that they used to do business under a different company name, but had so many complaints in my city that they ceased doing business under that name and are now using this one. Stay clear.
