"Ken is highly skilled at what he does and has a pleasant demeanor. I would have given him five stars if he had accomplished the full scope of the work. He finished two thirds of the project on one side of our laundry room but not the shoe rack part on the other side of the laundry room. At that stage, he owed me money which he refunded after some argument. Will I recommend Ken? Yes, but make sure that you both agree on timing of completion and also prompt refund of deposit if the job scope of project is reduced for any reason or disputed."

"I called in the morning and the repairman Jeffrey arrived at 1015. The replacement part arrived that the same day and he came bac about 4pm and put it in. The water dispenser malfunctioned the next day (unrelated to the previous repair). Jeffrey arrived. replaced the part the same day . This is an outstanding company for price, efficiency, professionalism and outstanding service."

FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. Bam's sent a multi person crew with professional equipment trunks and trimmed both very nicely as well as taking out limbs from the larger tree that overhung our roof. Best of all, their fee was the lowest BY FAR! (and very fair for the work done.) Clean-up was meticulous - couldn't be happier."
