My only suggestion is that the owner should write an estimate at the end of the estimation appointment or at least offer to email the exact estimate later in the day/ I had to write down everything he said. He arrived without anything in his hand and even had to go back to his truck for his business card. I got an email estimate only after I called to say I might like to go with him but wanted something in writing."
