The worst moving experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is the third time using All My Sons for a move, once from South Florida to Central Florida, once for a short in-town move and this time from Florida to Pennsylvania.
The move went completely wrong, first they refused to send someone to our home to inventory our items and had us use an online inventory site that had no options for notes or odd items. Second they insisted a 26' truck would be large enough even though we told them multiple times that it would not be and guess what happened on move day - the truck only held 1/2 our items. The local manager at the Jacksonville office offered no solution for our move day, which was the day before our home closing. We had to rent a Uhaul and drive it ourselves to Pennsylvania with 1/2 our belongings. We asked for reimbursement of the Uhaul costs but that is a fight and we are being lowballed on damaged items due to their age even though they were working fine before the move.

Thr movers were on time ,quick and handled everything with care, no accidents to anyone and no damage to anything! The 2 gentleman were quite polite also!

I was charged $2500 for a move. The day after I go to start unpacking and see that the refrigerator they moved for me had everything thrown into garbage cans instead of telling me to just remove the meat from the freezer and take it separately. Then I find out that more than half of the garage was left behind and I understand the chemicals but an air compressor and tools and extra things were just left. Also in the house multiple things left. I wasn't going to post this but I sent a private email stating my complaints to the company and after days of waiting not a word from anyone. I would not recommend this company for anything.

Worst experience ever with a moving company. The workers were horrible, with one having a breakdown cussing and screaming multiple times due to his personal issues. They were trying to put everything in boxes when I told them not needed such as metal plant stands. The movers were slow, inefficient and didn?t listen and what should?ve been a 3-4 hour max job ended up being 7 hours. This was a 1 bedroom apartment to another 1 bedroom. Do not use these people.

The move went rather smoothly. I moved two storage units from two different locations into one other location. The crew got right to work. They were very professional and careful with our belongings. They began wrapping everything up from the first unit and I didn’t really understand why as I did not request that and it was never discussed with the three people I spoke with to plan this move. And then I got charged for all the wrapping materials which is appropriate, but I was confused as my charges were much higher than what I had been quoted. The company gave part of it back to me, but that was kind of sneaky. I thought all the guys were super! Melvin, Tristan, Eric, Amarion & Georale. Thanks guys! Excellent job, unloading the furnishings and boxes in an orderly and fantastic fashion!

Gage and Christopher were great. Matt has the customer service skills of a troll. At one point he told the lady who answered the phone in the office to say he wasn't there. Even though I could hear him talking. Double and triple check your quotes. They speed you through signing the contracts then charge HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS for tape and plastic wrap. And then just when you think the billing is done, they add 18% of the ENTIRE BILL on for fuel. I could buy 10 tanks of gas for what they charged me one way. Good luck!

My furniture and walls of my newly built home are dented and scratched during the move, The cost estimate very very inaccurate I had to time off work to help the 3 Pro movers they assigned me to help speed up the off loading since the ?wrapping? and loading took the total estimated time is was told it would take for the entire move disassembly, wrap, load, unload and reassemble so I was told. Since it took entire estimated time disassembly, ?wrap? and load. I took time off work to help unload to stop the clock.

I booked a move almost 3 months in advance going from Gainesville to Tampa. I was assured on multiple follow-up calls that my move would be all done in one day because it was a small in-state move. On the day of the move after the movers loaded everything. I asked him what time to expect them in Tampa. His response was, Oh no we?re offloading in Tampa tomorrow. Had to stop what I was doing. Call the main office and speak with them. They informed me that they talked with the drivers and thry are ?shooting? to off load today. I explained to the man that his verbiage was still not correct that the offload must be completed today. The drivers did show up in Tampa offloaded in plenty of time. But after the move was complete they pulled up an iPad to show me the final bill and then proceeded to bring out a piece of paper out of a clipboard that I had to sign giving All My Sons authorization to charge my credit card. Within 5 days I had fraudulent on my CC

The movers were excellent. The customer service is trash. Had to correct the move date and address several times. The rate I was quoted originally they did not honor it.
