The icemaker output was continually building up with ice. Also, the refrigerator was intermittently making strange noises. The technician, James, found that gasket on the icemaker output was not sealing, causing moisture to come into the opening. The technician corrected the seal so that moisture would no longer come in from the outside of the fridge. The technician also ran diagnostics on the fridge and found everything to be nominal. Since the noise is intermittent, he said to monitor, but nothing to worry about for now. James is highly professional and knowledgeable. He was also very quick to get the job done. Arrived on time and gave me a heads up when he was about to arrive. I highly recommend Friendly City Appliance Repair!
