"Dwight from Cornerstone Construction is the REAL deal! I am probably one of the pickiest people when it comes to contractors. I have never liked a single one, but Dwight is absolutely wonderful. They have remodeled our entire kitchen (removed our whole old kitchen and replaced it with a brand new kitchen including appliances, exhaust, backsplash, etc) - it looks perfect, which I NEVER say. I have no conflict of interest....I am tired of contractors who don't do a good job so when I found Dwight, I was ecstatic. I have used his company for the build out of my medical office and always refer our friends and family to him."

"My carport roof had some serious water damage and since it was original to the house I decided to replace the roof along with a small front porch roof. Once we finally got the city permit and got back into the schedule, the work was completed in one day with some follow-up painting a few days later. Three sheets of sheathing, about 15ft of facia and the 2 X 8 backing the facia had to be replaced. I was impressed they used a pressure treated 2 X 8 when all the existing rafters were pine. In replacing the porch roof, some of the existing stucco had to be removed and replaced requiring repainting to match the existing yellow paint. Perfect match. Cleanup of the old roof trash was excellent. I found one small piece of tarpaper in the shrubs and none in the yard or driveway. Bottom line is I was very pleased with the great work Greg and his crew did. I would definitely recommend A Tite Seal roofing."

Find another company there are many out there! May 2022 I signed an agreement with Griffin Roe the owners son of Code Red to replace our Roof. He knows my address and phone number all info is on the agreement. Their response to this review must be a bot response. "We take feedback like yours very seriously, as our goal is to always provide exceptional service to our customers." Nice words Almost 2 years later.... Code Red began work in July 2022 removing the existing metal roof and applying underlayment. The roof stayed in this condition until October. They started applying panels after the metal sat in my driveway for almost 2 months, uncovered, and open to the elements. Metal panel suppliers recommend the panels be applied to roof within one to two days max once delivered to the property. I was told tarps would be laid out along the edge of the home while metal pieces, Screws and trash would not be left in the yard. That was a disaster with no protection. As work was coming to a close Code Red was asked to correct dented, smudged, rusty, and incorrectly cut panels, and incomplete work before final payment. What they do is require final payment immediately upon inspection from the county so they don’t have to complete the roof properly. Luckily, I held back the last payment. The owner, Doug Roe, Contractor and owner of Code Red came to my house July 2023 a year after the start of the work. Doug assured me he would have a crew come back and correct all the defects. He told me he would give me a discount and I told him I did not want a discount. I just want my roof done correctly. "I signed an agreement with you. I’ll hold up my end and you hold up yours." I never saw him again. Code Red was served a summons to respond to a court hearing. Code Red never responded resulting in a default, admitting guilt. My advice to those who took the time to read this review is … Do your homework, or pay twice."
