"This has only been 5 weeks for numerous issues that were out of our control. We’ve attempted to contact by phone several times and only been sent to voicemail, where messages have been left. We have a live answering service available 24 hours per day, as we are a small office staff and not able to catch every call live. We have returned every call that has come in. The work, including two repairs we technically weren’t responsible for, was completed today. The various aspects of this project were all done out of order and caused several issues. The irrigation should have been addressed before the pavers were installed. The mainline for the irrigation was dead center under the paver walkway, which should never be done as a pipe break could cause the entire walkway to fall apart. Despite that being work we should have charged an additional $900 for, it was completed at no extra cost. This was a one day job but with the pavers over the main line it has caused many issues."

"Ranju, Can you be more specific we are not sure what the issue is by your comments. All I can see is we did a one time bee spray for you with no guarantee and even came back one more time FREE and did it again. We determined that you had a large Bee Hive in your wall. therefore we would need to remove part of the wall to get to the Bee hive. You have never responded about what direction you wanted to go to??"
