"I appreciated the professionalism that was shown from the estimate until the job was done. I had so many offers previously that I thought I wouldn't find the company to fit the job along w/ the price b/c previous offers were just too much. Thanks again Greg & Trifecta for your outstanding service."

"I originally had scheduled to work with another Angie's LIst pressure washing company but after they had some failed machines and schedule conflicts, my name was passed on to Ron with Clean Pro Exterior Services.  Ron not only honored the price set with the other company but also came out the same day (Sunday) to make sure the project was completed in time.  Our composite wood deck has not looked this good since we bought the house.  They thoroughly cleaned every spot on the deck and even got underneath the built in benches to ensure it was all clean.  Ron also cleaned the front driveway, sidewalks, and front porch. We have the cleanest pavement around now! I can not tell you how great of an experience this was and he even followed up with a phone call the following day to make sure everything was still looking good. After seeing what quality work his company completes, we have already booked him to come out again next weekend to clean the siding, bricks, and gutters at a price you can't beat.  Would definitely recommend Clean Pro Exterior Services if you're looking for great results at a great price.

Sandblasting Services questions, answered by experts

The best way to sand a deck is by cleaning it, sanding the boards and stairs with 60- or 80-grit sandpaper, and sanding the railings and posts with 80-grit sandpaper. You should sand in the direction of the wood grain to avoid damaging the timber. When sanding your deck, use medium pressure and aim for an even sand. Pressing too hard with a sander can damage decks, as most are softwoods.

Sand is a common sublayer for hardscape features like driveways, paver patios, and more. Most projects that involve sand require a 1-inch layer to promote evenness, drainage, and weight distribution. For further drainage, most projects have a 6-inch minimum layer of gravel beneath the sand.

If you’re DIYing the project, it could take up to a week if you aren’t able to dedicate full-time hours. If you hire a professional and they arrive with a team, expect your stairs to be sanded in as little as 2 hours (for simple projects). Finishing the stairs takes a while longer as there are drying and sealing times to consider, but the actual work will take much less time than the sanding portion.

You can concrete can be done when it’s wet or dry. However, it’s safer when wet, as harmful dust and chemicals are present. Sanding it when dry is faster, but you’ll agitate more dust and chemicals, meaning you’ll need to be more careful.

Sandblasting is useful when you need to strip material off a hard surface. Common reasons to sandblast are to remove paint, rust, or get a surface ready for a new material. You aren’t limited to surfaces like walls either—you can sandblast rusted tools, bicycle frames, cement, bricks, and many others. If what you’re sandblasting is still structurally sound, sandblasting can be a fast and inexpensive way to revive the original material.
