We have been using My Maids for the past 21 years. They do an awesome job. There are usually 3-4 ladies that come in together and divide and conquer. The ladies work very well together. They always arrive as scheduled, do their job efficiently then leave a post card when they leave. It's been a pleasure using My Maids for all these years.

I do not hesitate for one minute recommending My Maids. We have been using them for several years and have been very pleased. When I have specific requests, they are able to accommodate me. While we have them come on a scheduled basis, we travel a lot and they are always able to make adjustments for what we need and when. We have them come often when we are not home and trust them implicitly. A company is only as good as their weakest employee and we haven't found a weak link in their services!

I have been using this cleaning service for years. I have found them reliable & very responsive & accommodating to my needs and demands. Usually a team of 3 come into my home (3 bedroom, 2bath, 1650 sq ft) vacuum, dust, clean bathrooms and kitchen, wet mop as necessary & do it all within 45 to 50 minutes. Rarely have I found something not done to my liking & a call or note to the office fixes any issue. They do offer other services upon request to include linen changes etc. I admit that I empty the trash & dishwasher & generally pick-up. I want the cleaning team to clean and not pay the team to do things that I should have done and capable of doing. There pricing is very reasonable & fair when compared to the national averages.

I am always amazed how fast they can clean every corner of my 2400sqft house in an hour. The ladies are very courteous, polite and are willing to go an extra mile to clean according to my needs and satisfaction. Sam, the team lead, knows what exactly needs to be done and she is able to communicate that to the rest of her team. So they are very professional. The scheduling ladies at the office are also willing to work around my schedule, which I appreciate, especially with last minute changes. I have recommended them to many of my friends and would do so happily in the future as well.

I had My Maids come out and do a deep cleaning of my home a few weeks ago. The team was very helpful and accommodating to my needs! They were all very friendly and got right to work! When I first scheduled with Liz, I was specific that I needed an afternoon appt and mentioned that we had cats & litter boxes. She indicated that was fine, but she did not know if they would scoop the boxes. When they called to tell me the time scheduled, it was in the a.m. We rescheduled to another day. They arrived on time & went to work, no extra chit-chat, very task oriented. We were pleased. When they said they were done,no walk thru was offered (I forgot to request one, but it was supposed to be part of the service). However, we pointed out that they had not cleaned the floor of the bathroom with the litter boxes. One of the maids took a damp cloth and ran it over part of the floor. They refused to move the litter boxes to clean around or under them, leaving litter on the floor and parts of the floor dirty. The reason given was they didn't touch feces. There were NO feces, just litter; I even offered gloves. After they left we noticed numerous other problems. They didn’t empty 3 trash cans, clean up cat puke (mopped around it), didn’t clean behind one toilet, left dirt & small pieces of paper on the floor AFTER sweeping & mopping, did not dust the surface of a table, and did not wipe the TV screens. After complaining, Liz & I settled on a $50 refund, which took 3 weeks to arrive. The window cleaners did a good job. Overall, the maids were a terrible experience.

But we do not clean animal or human feces. We tried our best to clean animal vomit, spit and feces all around the house, dripping from table, sofa and chairs and sick cats puking after we finished. Unfortunately, we could not clean those. Apologize for not taking trash out, it was our mistake. That's the reason we refunded $50 money back."
