Although Patrick was very nice and appeared to know what he was doing I failed to recieve the 5 star service. During our initial visit we discussed several tasks to be completed: Cover for stove vent, new dryer vent, affix blinds, fix existing curtain rod that we messed up, install inside lock, install lock on sliding glass door, hang hooks, caulk 2 bathrooms, hang two mirrors, properly affix 2 tiles (which he offered to clean up with a tile tool and propertly grout). He finished both of the vents, the oven looks nice and the dryer appears to be working. He affixed blinds (we replaced two blinds with curtain rods), but put one blind on the outside of the window, never completed the messed up curtain rod, put so many holes in the sliding glass door border that we could not correct it and he put the lock on the inside. Deco tiles were caulked not grouted. He never came back although he said he would because he "had a hectic day". Hope you enjoy your payment while buying your new house.

Patrick was on time kind and efficient. My job was completed snd he did a wonderful job even while listening to my husband’s lone winded tales from his past. My husband is senior retired and loves to talk. Patrick was not distracted and kindly listened while doing an excellent job.
