"Very well. The kitchen was a sad little box but Designer Lifestyles came up with a remodeling plan that completely opened up the kitchen and gave us even more cabinet storage. The bathrooms needed significant upgrades. The owner bathroom also needed additional remodeling and Designer Lifestyles installed a new very attractive shower that was a major improvement. The prior owners left exterior siding in even worse shape then we knew but Designer Lifestyles got crews in there and replaced the rotting OSB and all of the siding very quickly."

"We contracted Paul West and Viridian Builders this summer to complete a significant renovation right after we purchased a home in Sawgrass Players Club in Ponte Vedra Beach. Paul was by far the most professional and responsive contractor we interacted with during the bid process and he maintained that level of professionalism throughout the project. The house was move-in ready within 5 weeks and very close to budget considering complexities that were discovered during the demo process. Paul was always quick to respond to our questions or concerns and he demonstrated the highest level of integrity throughout the project. "I have a lot of work I need done on my home so I bought an Angie's List deal for a contractor for a week. After meeting with John he said this would cover replacing my bedroom ceiling and pulling up an old carpet. I also needed a bathroom renovated so we added that on for an additional price.
For the most part everything went smoothly and I was happy with the work done. The bathroom looks nice, and AAA Construction is actually working on my other bathroom now. I would recommend them.

"Steve not only knows construction and design but can also think outside the box when issues arise. He has good ideas and can help the less experienced through a project. Not only that but my master sewer line backed up while he was working and he brought his snake out to try to unclog it which wasn’t included in the original scope of work. Overall he’s a very nice guy who gets the job done right."
