Absolutely Phenomenal Canning and his assistant Diane are quite simply the best Jacksonville has to offer. The City is constantly changing its requirements but Jason and his assistant are able to adapt quickly and keep the project on task. If you are looking for a to notch commercial Arichitect , look no further. Simply the best.

He is an independent architect and designer. He had won was local awards for remodeling some our very old homes that are over 100 years. He makes his living redoing those. He walked into our home and within 5 minutes told us basically what was wrong with it, that we were wasting 50% of our house in dead space. So we are removing some walls now. He has made a bunch of suggestions and will call us back as soon as we get the cabinets for our wall cupboards. He furnished us with drawings to help with the process. Every time we made a change or asked a question he has redone all the drawings for us. That is pretty incredible. We had him come in as a designer and he brought the builder to us. He has some great ideas. We would recommend him to others and tell them that he is very design conscious more than being an architect. His price is very reasonable. He is responsive and returns our phone calls.
