They were on time and the technician was personable and explained everything he and his apprentice was doing. Drain unclogged.

They came in a timely manner. Weâ re extremely friendly, and went out of their way to help fix the Fossett from rotating. This was a difficult task for us, as I am disabled, and the design of our faucet makes it difficult to get under the sink.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! I had a clogged drain in the upstairs bathroom. When I flushed the toilet, the shower floor will flood. This company quotes me over the phone for $425 and they stated they will remove the toilet to do the job and of course, put it back and all the extra steps that that implies. With estimate time or 2 hours of work. They did not show up on time for the first appointment, for that they remove $25, and set up a new appointment. When they finally showed up they only put the snake through the shower floor and spent less than 15 minutes of work. For that, they still wanted the full price as it would involve toilet removal. After arguing with them they removed $50 more. Now I had a company that would have done the shower drain job for $250 instead I went for the $425 job because I wanted to be done through the toilet where the pipes would have been cleaned more. More work, more time, more money, no problem at least I would have peace of mind for a long time knowing the pipes were properly unclogged. Also be aware that they go by the name of Duct Tape Pluming, same phone number though.

Here is my experience with Monty Plumbing... I hired Monty, first to install my kitchen Faucet and Garbage Disposal. On his first try, he had leaks, and the Garbage Disposal was making sounds, even thought it did not make sound before. The Faucet was new, but not the Garbage Disposal. On his 3rd try, there was no leaks, and the garbage disposal was not making noise anymore. 1 month after he came to the house, my Garbage Disposal starts making sound, now I barely use it, so I call Monty again since the job has a 90 days warranty, and he comes over, and tells me that the Garbage Disposal is dead that usually they only last 2 years, which is what I had it for. So I tell him, that is strange, because it was working just fine, before it was installed by you. But anyways, I buy into it, and tells me that with the installation and the new Garbage Disposal is going to be $200, so i agree. I pay him $75, and he takes and supposed to comeback the next day with new garbage disposal, and messages me that its is going to be $250... So call him, and no answer. I wait two hours, and he answers, and tells me that he is bad with math, of course I do not agree, and I have already paid him $75.It is sad that from a good experience the first time, Monty would screw me over the second time. Please be cautious with this company.

Prices were unbelievably reasonable for the level of work and service provide. Technician not only did and amazing and professional job but made sure the work area was clean before and after the job. I had no idea my plumbing was done improperly until Monty Plumbing explained and showed me what it should look like.

Good person and honest that was very important to me. Its important that the contractor explains what they will do. They were very good about cleaning up behind themselves. And he left everything clean and neat after the work was done. Glad that i didn't have to call them back to complete the same job.

Working with Monte was very great and he did a great job! I finally do not have any issues with my water heater. He knows what he is doing!
