I was so pleased that I was able to buy a new unit for less than the estimates I've had before at zero percent financing for 18 months . It was installed the very same day and the installers were FABULOUS! Since they were unable to perform the tune-up on the old unit (the $45 service purchased from Angie's list) I requested a refund. They issued a check the very next day . I could not have wanted my experience to be any more perfect. This is certainly a professional organization. I'm a very happy and satisfied customer."

"One of the machines is called an air handler. I don't know if that's the one that is outside or inside. We have the big fan that moves the air placed outside and there are 2 big pieces. I found Prestige in our phone book and I just got lucky. Our air-conditioner broke down on a Friday afternoon and even though it was November, it was quite warm here in South Florida. The gentleman came later in the afternoon around 5 o'clock. He measured everything, checked out the old air-conditioner and told us that the motor had burnt out. We wondered what the smoky smell was. He replaced both the outside and the inside pieces. They came out even though it was at the end of their day to see if they could fix it to make it last through the weekend. Of course they couldn't with the motor being burnt up. They measured everything square footage to the house and let us know what was available that they had that they could bring out the next Monday. They gave us the Florida break. It was like a rebate, the max p&l, for putting in a new A/C. He made sure we had the paperwork for that and gave it to us right on the billing. A crew of people came the next Monday and took all the old stuff out and put in the new stuff. They completed the work in 2 hours and we had A/C."
