"The job was done quickly and efficiently. The area around the window was cleaned, and he assisted with moving the desk back in place. He was very friendly. After the work was completed, I went to clean the glass and realized I should have cleaned the glass on the outside of window prior to it being reinstalled. As a suggestion; offer the homeowner the opportunity to clean the glass. Had I not had 3,000 other things on my mind I would have remembered to clean it first."

"The first step was introducing us to the product, Simington Windows, for on the beach we need extra protection from strong winds. I was very impressed with their demonstration of the windows. 
They told us in advance that they would be out to properly measure everything in advance of the delivery date.
They were punctual and energetic, two men assigned to the work. Old windows were removed and taken away, and the work area was neat and clean. 
After installation, they returned to check for the code approval for the village. The work permits had been handled by them, minimizing our time greatly. All windows were checked, and they thoroughly informed us about how the windows function. 
We have already noticed a marked reduction in traffic noise outside.
E-mail communication was timely and supportive.
No attempt was made to "push" us for a larger work order.
