"I phoned Professional Plumb and Ernie (owner) answered. I described the situation and he said he could replace it same day. This was about 2:30 in the afternoon.  He came over within the hour with a new water heater and had it replaced in a matter of an hour and a half.  The water heater was in a tight spot between the air handler and a work bench. He did have to cut out the condensate drain piping on the air handler to remove and replace the water heater.  But he replaced/re-plumbed the condensate drain line at no charge. Excellent service and we thank Ernie very much."

They removed the old sink, completed a pvc adaptation (went from double bowl to a single bowl sink), and swapped out faucets. Leo, the plumber, and Alonzo were excellent. They were very attentive to the small details. They unexpectedly had to replace the old faucet valves with new ones due to them being leaky. They had the parts with them!
