We were having a whole house generator installed and they requested, last minute, that the panel be replaced. Zack was able to get our permit and set up a date with FPL in a timely fashion. He was a great communicator, sending me confirmation of permits given, FPL appointments made, and inspection times. He communicated with me by phone as needed and was always quick to respond. The electrician on the generator install complimented the work done by Zack and Elijah, noting how neat and clean the job was. It was seamless working with Zack. "They did rehang my shutter but did not have the proper crank to see if it would roll up. They told us the gear shift was broken and they doubted they could find a part. We asked them to look and also give us a quote for a new one. He said a new one was approximately $2600 and that the shutters were so old they would all fail soon. We did not get a reply that day. Our real estate agent wanted proof that we were trying to fix the inspection report issues so we contacted the office to request a receipt for the $100 rehabg fee. We were denied. Said it was a cash deal. The installer had also refused our request when he left. My agent found me someone new who came the same day. Exchanged the pole and crank. there was nothing wrong with the gear shift at all and told us the shutters could last another 20 years. For a total of $265. I would never recommend this company to anyone and would hope Angies list will investigate this"
