"Joe did the job right and it wasn't pleasant cleaning a 'sick room,' believe me! I'll definitely use him again for another flooring project"

"Andre did an outstanding job cleaning our carpets. We had some heavy traffic areas and a few stains, and everything came out looking fresh and revived. He was punctual, professional, and very thorough. You can tell he uses quality equipment and takes pride in his work. I highly recommend Andre for carpet cleaning!"

"Groutsmith was incredible! The two ladies did a fantastic job - Where I had never liked the tile before, it now looks like a new floor, especially as the grout lines have been lightened. Highly recommend this company. The show now looks refreshed; front outside flagstone steps and landing to be done next."

"He worked hard, but wasn't as clean as I expected. It was bad to start with and I made it very clear how bad it was and he assured me he could clean it, which he did but not as good as I expected. Nice gentleman. Would have liked a discount because it did not turn out like I expected after I made my expectations very clear."

"They cannot clean close to baseboards because baseboards may swell. May require hand cleaning close to base boards on tile flooring."

"Victor came over the same day we talked to him, on a Sunday, to inspect the tiles. Within a few hours he sent us a quote. The next day or so his daughter came ahead of him to start the work, marking tiles to be replaced and ones that needed to have an adhesive injected into the grout so they would stick to the floor. They were professional and let us know what was going on every step of the way."
