The builder did just the minimum R-34 insulation in the attic, causing the HVAC to run constantly most of the year and the home could not hold its temperature (set to 73 but rose as high as 80 degrees). His product type is above standard and his prices are extremely fair, so set an appointment. Two weeks later, his brother Tom arrive 10 minutes EARLY for the appointment and his crew quickly knocked out the job in less time that they estimated. (not the garage..... that does not need insulation..... but a few spots over heated space were not covered). But their price was better than other estimates.
