"Was told the project would take 5 - 6 weeks when contract signed on July 23. Was October 12th before we had the work completed. Over 10 weeks without a kitchen (appliances, sink, water). VERY poor communication. I was NEVER called and told that something wasn't being done - I found out when I got home and learned no one had showed up to finish work committed to and called to get information. Not good at clean-up."

"Paul and Francesco were really good . We did have a little hiccup in the beginning as the job they were doing decided they like their work so well they added on more work. So my job did get delayed by one day in studying, but they stayed till they finished and they went over and beyond. They they stayed to the price that they quoted me. And the work as professional should do I was extremely pleased with the job. I look forward to them doing more work for me in the future."

"I have never dealt with a more incompetent company as Best Flooring. It started with the removal of all the original flooring which left holes in my wall, chipped cabinets and every corner of my house walls scuffed. They were very apologetic and promised to make it right…They didn’t. I brought up many concerns during demolition and installation. My floors upstairs were creaking like I lived in a 100 year home. There were cracked planks in every room. The floors were moving when stepped on. They came out twice to fix the problems and used my 4 un-opened boxes to replace the “problem” areas. I finally had to get a certified floor specialist to come to my home to give an unbiased opinion on what was going on. Which cost more money out of my pocket. Come to find out they never leveled my floors correctly. So As of right now I am out of over $22,000…What I paid them for the flooring, what the flooring cost and plumber fees. They broke my flanges on 2 toilets and reinstalled my master bath toilet when repairing the floors for the second time and the toilet leaked to my downstairs. There is countless other problems like ruining my rug, spilling something on my outside freshly painted porch that is now discolored. I could go on and on. My floors are only 3 months old!!! Please do not use this company. They are awful and have no clue what they are doing!"

John with KF Flooring came in and turned the mess into a beautiful home! They are very knowledgeable, professional and HONEST! "We wanted to update our kitchen and laundry room. We wanted to replace our builder grade cabinets and granite counter tops with high quality cabinets (with better organization), quartz counter tops and slab backsplash. I spent a lot of time planning my dream kitchen and laundry room. Right down to the last detail. We also needed new sinks, faucets, and pendant lights. One of the biding companies expected us to source these items our selves. What a pain! That was one of the main reasons we choose S & W Kitchens and Bath. The other reason we pick S & W was after meeting our designer, Lacie Rice. She came to our home and took measurements and listened while I laid out my vision. She made the process so easy. I met with her several times in the showroom in Tampa to shop and design. She found everything I wanted. She even matched the outlet covers on the island with the cabinet color. We met with construction manager Steve Cota and Designer Lacie for a final walk through of the plans and discuss the process. Everything was explained thoroughly. The estimate and final contract were meticulously detailed. We could see where every dollar would be spent. Every team (demo, plumbing, electrical, drywall, paint, cabinet install and counter fabricator) worked hard. They were respectful and tidy. Every step of the way Steve and Lacie were accessible. The back and forth communication was excellent. The permits all passed with no issues. They even sent cleaners before my house guests arrived for a holiday weekend. The quality of the Omega cabinets are excellent. The color is perfect. The Cambria Quartz counters and backsplash are beautiful. The kitchen and laundry room are much more functional now, too. Everything looks exactly how I had pictured in my mind. We couldn’t be happier with the results. It looks amazing!!!"

"My story is long so please bear with me. My husband broke his hip and ended up having surgery and going to rehabilitation. Our bathroom was not properly equipped to accommodate his needs. I had 7 contractors come to my home and provide estimates to retrofit the master bathroom. To say that their estimates were over the moon is putting it mildly. The owner of Next level Shower and Bath was one of the last contractors to provide an estimate. He arrived on time, was extremely knowledgeable, professional and caring. He and I clicked right away. He totally understood what was needed and provided me with many suggestions. I was so impressed with his knowledge of what was needed to make our bathroom usable and comfortable for my husband who prior to the hip surgery, was using a walker and now using a wheelchair. His crew were top notch. They worked very hard and produced quality workmanship. Tim was on site everyday and constantly checking in to make sure he and his team were exceeding expectations. The end result was awesome. Both of us are enjoying our new SPA like and safe bathroom."
