The installer was on time and efficient. It is a little expensive, but I have used Kinetico water softners for years and they do a great job.

They were very professional and did great work.

OK - costs were much higher than comparable work done by other companies

Frankly, I can't remember if this company is the one I dealt with.

Great! The fellow was very methodical and offered some suggestions on the dryer vent opening outside which is too small for our HE dryer.

We don't usually make complaints but this company topped the worst service ever.  If we hadn't already purchased a water softener from them and paid $100 "service call," we would have used another company.  Since we were on the hook for the $100 service call, we went ahead and used them to complete the repair work. First, it took 3 days and $100 for them to arrive at the house to confirm what they told us over the phone was wrong with the water softener.  The technician did not even touch any of the equipment and spent a total of 10 minutes at the house.  Literally, he stood in front of the water softener and laid out the cost of what it would take to repair it without even so much as touching it.  Period.  It was evident he was not there to do any repairs despite paying for the service call.  Clearly, this was not even a diagnostic call since he knew what the problem was before arriving. When I called to inquire about the $100 charge when nothing was done, the sales manager told me if we didn't like it, "go to one of the competitors!"  When the management acts this unprofessional, it's safe to say the ownership will not be much better. The sales manager informed me he had been with the company for a long time so I have to assume this culture is quite ingrained. It took another week for the repair and 10 days from the time of the initial call.  We will be calling their competitors next time even if it means buying a whole new system.  They fixed the water softener and then dumped the resin in the front yard as another fine example of their service.

They were very accommodating. They were here within 3 hours of my call and I didn't have to be here and went on to work and they came and they take care of it. They communicated with me via phone, told me everything was taken care of it. They have my credit card number in their office so that they could just bill the charge without that being an issue where they had to interrupt me at work to get a number or anything like that.

My water softener is back producing soft water. In the future when I need to purchase anything to do with water conditioning I will be heading to Superior Water Conditioning.
They are wonderful people.

The salesman, Dennis, who came to our home was right on time.  Dennis was very professional and through in presenting his products.  We were able to review all the other types of water conditioning systems.  We have not had need for a water softer for the pass 19 years so this was a very important purchase for us.  The Kinetico system is far and above the best product on the market and Superior has been representing them for decades.  We made the purchase and they installed the system the next day, a Saturday.  Very professional work done in a vey efficient manner.  Thanks to Angie's List we found the best supplier for our needs!

Technicians replaced the defective unit with a new water shutoff valve mechanism.  No problems since then.

I had to alter my first review. Ken from superior worked out a warranty call to fix my leak. They install the water softener at the first house what time time for me to move I decided to save the cost of them coming up to move it so I did it myself.they came back out to install the system in my new house the only issue I had with the install was I felt that the price was high the normal but I understood that the unit needed special installation. overall the experience with superior has been a good one.

They are awesome and great people.  Anytime we call them, for any questions or whatsoever, they’re there and they are willing to come out to deliver and to put salt into the water softener for us.   I like their being prompt all the time.  When they placed the reverse water osmosis which had a faulty sensor, they came right away to fix the problem and apologized. They were very courteous and excellent people.

My husband & I have been with Superior Water since 1998.  We purchased the Kinetico System then and were so pleased with it that in 2007 when we bought a new home, we purchased the newest Kinetico System.  Ken with Superior Water has worked with us since 1998 and has always been available when we had any questions.  Also, the office staff have always been helpful too.  
If you maintain this system, it will serve you for many, many years.  I have recommended Superior Water to many family members, who have also purchased this system.

Superior Water Conditioning first installed a Water Softener twenty years ago when I lived in Tampa. When we moved to Palm Harbor two years ago we contacted them again and had them install a softener and a reverse osmosis drinking water system. We were treated very well by their professional technicians and staff.
