The hand pump has never worked correctly and a leak developed after the work was done. The son, who was digging very aggressively around my well jammed the shovel down into the ground and exclaimed,"Oh there's your well!" I called them to fix the leak and told them that my pump was not keeping the prime and that the leak was visible. The son came out again and could not find the reason. I called again and he came out again and validated that there's a leak but said that he thought it could be my well and said that was very expensive walked away. My issue was not solved and therefore I am forced to call another company to fix the problem which I think was caused by the aggressive shoveling. I will never call them again nor will I recommend them. Regarding punctuality and professionalism. The son was late in arriving to my home and I was not notified as to why and the person who answers the phone was not very friendly.

He was one of the rudest and most unpleasant people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. He was irritated with me from the get-go I guess because my husband didn't tell me about the appointment and I personally wasn't prepared, but I was trying to go with the flow and get on with it and move forward. I don't understand what I could have done to make someone that angry just answering the door and getting my bearings. I had just had only an hour sleep for my "night", so awakened and unaware of the appointment...I guess was his catalyst. So congratulations to everyone who thought he was the nicest guy in the world.

Gary arrived early and went right to work. Everything is now working perfectly. No missed areas and the water pressure is much improved since adding the additional zone.

I was very satisfied. Gary was able to fit me in the next day, and the repair took all of 20 minutes. Price was $86. Suncoast will be my goto for all my lawn irrigation needs.

I'm very glad I used Gary at Suncoast Irrigation. He came out the same day we called for an estimate. He was also lower than competitors. Our irrigation system in the back yard was a mess from the pool construction. We had new sod ordered and needed the irrigation working before the sod was installed. 
We got the estimate on a Friday and Gary come out Monday. It was an all day job and everything looked perfect afterwards. This is a new construction house and I was unfamiliar with the irrigation timer. Gary took the time to show me how to set an alternate program to water zones where the new sod would be installed.
After the sod was installed, two sprinkler heads needed to be raised up. I called Gary on a Friday and he came our first thing Monday morning. These two sprinkler heads we not part of the initial job. Gary adjusted them and tested the sprinkler system.  I was pleasantly shocked when he told me there was no additional charge. I really was expecting to pay something since these weren't part of the initial estimate. 
Everything about my experience with this company has been positive. I will definitely use Suncoast again and recommend them to you too.

Arrived as scheduled on Friday and after inspection Gary stated what was needed and would be back Monday with the parts and soil to fill after completing the installation of extensions.  Monday returned Monday and began work immediately.  I only knew he was there when I heard the sprinklers go on.  Gary raised several heads and replaced others that were badly leaking. He adjusted the timer and filled 3 bags of soil around the heads he had dug out.  He spent over two hours working non-stop to complete the repairs as wel as adjust the remaining heads.  He did an awesome job and I would recommend Gary to anyone.

Gary was great to speak with. Upstanding company! He took the time on the phone with me to understand my issue. He explained to me what needed to be done for a resolution (simple fix). Any other company would not have done this. All another company would have done is send out a tech and charge me for unnecessary service. Thank you Gary!

Excellent.  Gary fit me in in a matter of days (when everyone else I called was scheduling 1-2 weeks out), and this was very important to me, as I had just installed sod.  He quickly identified the problems, took care of them, and had my system working perfectly.  He also set the timer and showed me how to use it so I can make the necessary adjustments after the initial 30 days of laying sod.  And on top of that, his price was VERY fair :)  Would definitely use him again!
