"Showed up 3 hours late. Upon answering the door initially no one identified themselves. Ultimately, the trainee spoke up we are here to clean your windows. The next morning the sun showed that 2 windows were scratched and one slider window had multiple permanent scratches. I called Chris to request he come back and look at the results of the cleaning. He made an appointment and showed up 3 hours after the scheduled time. Denied he made the appointment for that time because he had a long-standing customer he would have not chosen the time we agreed to. I reminded him he chose the time I didn’t. I discussed with Chris M’s negative attitude as well as the results of the windows M cleaned. We were given multiple excuses that the scratches could not have been caused by M. I was asked if we had a company clean our slider. The company hired before cleaned our lanai screens and as a favor did the slider. There were no scratches noticed and I would enthusiastically recommend that company. Other reviews on other websites remark out Diamond Shine’s job well done, professionalism and their punctuality and that is why I made an appointment. Two appointments and both times three hours late. And I now have windows permanently scratched and drips. The scratches were not there before and Chris says they had to be. I indicated they were not so it ends up our word and his belief that the damage was there before. ( Before the slider was cleaned I acknowledged that there were two marks on that particular window when we purchased the condo.). Chris said it is company policy if they notice damage to windows, the owner would be given paperwork to sign acknowledging the damage, we were not given the paperwork."
