The estimator showed up at the appointed time and was quick with the estimate.  After I accepted their price, the door was ordered and received within the quoted time frame.  The same crew showed up to install the door and they were prompt and courteous.  I am very happy with the door and would use them again.

They came out when they said they would and did what they were suppose to do.

It went well. They showed up on time, did everything they were supposed to do, and cleaned up afterward.

Custom shower glass wall and custom large mirror. The glass wall and associated door look awsome and fit better than they said they could do. The mirror broke twice on installation and they promptly put a new one in. This was a particularly difficult installation in a closed pocket with a intragal light fixture and a mirror that was larger than standard. Everything fits perfectly and I would highly recommend them for custom work

I decided to do some upgrading in both of my bathrooms and before starting work on the shower in the master bath I asked the plumber to recommend a reliable company to install new glass doors in both areas. Without hesitation he answered "Charlotte County Glass". As he is my "go to guy" I went to their showroom the next day. I was greeted by Diane and because this was my first venture into the remodeling business I was completely in the dark and  she was extremely helpful. She was able to explain the different types of door styles and hardware that were on display and this helped me to make an informed decision more quickly than I thought I would be able to. Totally painless! Chris and Michael who came to measure the areas and returned to install the doors when the rooms were completed were absolutely terrific. Not only were they prompt they were competent, clean and pleasant. In these times when customer care has all but disappeared it is reassuring to know that at least one company continues to adhere to a high standard.

The individuals that came for the service were very good. They were very polite and clean. There was good follow-up. They came back to make sure everything was done properly and that there were no problems.

I thought Charlotte County Glass was wonderful. I had a great experience and can't say enough good things about them. When the job was completed, which was done early, and everything looked great. I had called a couple of other places and they didn't do the specific job that I wanted. Also, I thought their pricing was very good.
