DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. NICE PRODUCT TERRIBLE SERVICE. There was no porblem at first. The glass door and enclosure came and installed. It look beautiful. However, I noticed two small chips on a small glass panal. I called and emailed about the issue. After several attempts they responded and said they would replace the glass. Three weeks later, there still was no response or communication. This process began in March 2021 and it is now the end of June. Finally, after waiting three month the panal arrived. It too was scratched and had to be replaced. I waited two weeks for a response and called the company. Again, it took several attemps to get to them because they do not call back. I called today, June 21 and once again expressed my dissatisfaction and asked for some reslove. I did not shout but I was firm. Apparently, the staff member had just gotten to work and did not want a problem so early. She put me through to a man. I explained the problem again and he began to shout that I was not to speak to his staff with disrespect. I said I was not disrespectful nor loud nor nasty. I spoke in a calm manner. At that point he told me to go F>>k myself. That's right. He said those exact words. I am now on my way to small claims court.

Price is very reasonable and the people are very nice. However Theither office is unorganized.
Consequently, teyes do not ask the customer proper questions to insure the mirror is ready to be installed. Then they ordered the wrong glass for the door. So it took along time to get the job completed.install was wonderful and very professional.

Came in at half the price of the 6 other glass stores that I got an estimate from. Quick, courteous and professional service.
